The price of gas is down at the moment and (knock on wood) there are little bits of positive news coming from the world of auto sales. Now that some of the shell shock has worn off, most dealers are making plans to realign their overhead and go after what cars sales are available. In an optimistic world, some of the people who have been delaying a vehicle purchase will begin to loosen up and buy.
